Initial situation and use case for the adoption solution
We are a German IT company with over 450 employees. Our software has been established in the market for many years and is used by various stakeholders at our customers. We communicate with the users of our platform in over 27 languages.
To make the use of our software as support-free as possible, we would like to optimize, among other things, onboarding for new customers and the integration of new features for existing customers in the future via a Digital Adoption Platform. Our idea is to provide an avatar to help—something like “Clippy” (Microsoft help).
For our use case, the feature set of the platform “WalkMe” is a good fit. However, the topic of data protection is of high importance in our company. For this reason, we are looking for a GDPR-compliant solution including an individual server provision: the installation of the platform should, if possible, be on-premise.
