We are an app and platform operator active in the German healthcare market. For our product development and stakeholder alignment, we need a SaaS tool that can be used to collect, evaluate, and plan ideas, feedback, and feature requests both internally and externally. The feedback management tool is intended to become the central hub for all product ideas and to transparently show the individual departments in our company and our stakeholders which features are currently in development or planned for the future.
Ideally, the tool has features such as voting, roadmapping, and Zendesk and Jira integrations. Additionally, it would be perfect to have an option to import and analyze reviews from the Apple and Google app stores.
We consider appropriate interfaces and import functions as well as easy usability (this requirement comes from product management) to be a given.
We would like to start working with the new partner for our feedback management immediately or at short notice!
